done this one before and was nice so hoping it will do well.all went well with temps and that and hit the og of 1044

Need to be careful when you're running the wort out of the mash tun - try and avoid letting it splash down - 'hot side aeration' is undesirable :thumb:

the set up was due to a small spill in the kitchen a few brews back (only six gallons all over the floor ) and was banished to the garden
