Well my first cider brew in many years has now stopped fermenting.
My question is, should I keg it or bottle it.
Convenience isn't really a factor. I am interested in what you guys think makes for a better tasting product.
I am open to any thoughts or suggestions.

Excellent - that sounds good to me.
I suppose that it has the advantage that it will only get better with time, so the last bottles should be the best.
How much sugar did you add per bottle (750ml), and did you use anything else eg finings/yeast
