I'm making a Peach & White grape wine from juice. I forgot to add citric acid.

Can I add during fermentation or is too late?

I would add it now.
I stopped using citric acid many months as i didn't notice much difference when i didn't have any and made some wine without it.
 
The combination of grape and peach already has a good acid balance if you are using a lot of pure juice. Peach 'juice' is rarely sold pure and may well have citric acid added, along with sugar and water.
