Hi all. Quick question...

I've just kegged a coopers cerveza and I'm just wondering what to do.

Should I put a bit of pressure on to seal and purge then leave it where it fermented at approx 20c or can I put it in the fridge under co2?

I'm not in a hurry to drink it but if I'm not priming with sugar will it still benefit from being at room temperature for a few weeks?

Many thanks

If you haven't added any priming then you will need to force carb with CO2. This is best done in the fridge at low temp. Once carbed the beer will last for quite a while.

I understand how to prime, I'm more interested in conditioning the beer. Will it condition better at room temperature or in the fridge? I could force-carb it now and it would be fizzy but would the taste be better after conditioning at room or lower temps?
