Right, i have just moved my latest brew ( scottish export ) from the kitchen ( same place it was brewed ) into the cool garage. Thing is, it was only in the kitchen for 1 week before i moved it into the cool garage. Is just 1 week in the warm too short before it goes into the garage? Shall i move it back into the kitchen for another week or so?
 
I'd leave it in the garage :thumb: the longer the better :!:

I've some out in 'The Den' that's a year old, those oldies that I'm starting to drink now are brilliant :drunk:
