So I had to crack open my Coopers Australian Lager to steal the yeast from it for something else and now need an alternative, rather than just buying a straight replacement does anyone have any advice on what would be a better yeast to use?
Given the heatwave we are having ATM and the fact I have no temp control, I'm guessing an ale yeast would be the only option?
