Hi,

been a while since last did a home brew, amazing how quickly you forget things.

Going to be kegging a stout in my corny keg and intend to leave for a month or two, what is the recommended PSI I should add after purging.

Cheers

What's your intended serving temperature? You'll want 8-13 psi at 10°C for a stout, depending on taste.

There are various carbonation charts available online. I used this One as it was in Celsius. I laminated it and put it on my keezer.
