I made some dandelion wine when they were out in force a couple of months ago. Had a taste yesterday and it's, er, interesting. Not very nice tbh but the missus will make short work of it.
Gunge i made some parsnip last September last year i was vile, tasted a half bottle at christmas still vile taste like i had soaked a 100 sticking plasters in a bottle of diluted TCP, Tasted another bottle last week and its excellent very palatable. So maybe time is needed with dandelion or if you can drink Cat Pee you should be well away. :lol:
Tanz I've shoved it under the floorboards, never to be seen again until and/or the missus runs out of her usual. Probably tomorrow then lol.
