I have just fermented my first supermarket juice wine with 1.5l apple and 1l orange/mango and need to know what to do next.

I have transferred it into a second DJ but didnt add campden tablet or anything like that, what should I add to make it stable? and when should I degas? I also bought youngs clear it finings when do they go in?

Should the order be: Campden/stabiliser, degas then the finings?

Also based on the photo below how much should I top it up with apple juice? If I go to the neck it will be about 50% apple juice...seems a bit much...
