Bit of a leftover brew I had exactly 4.444kg of pale malt so to continue the discworld theme I'm naming this after the continent of fourecks. The hop combo is also using up what I've got. Going to get this on before going to Franklin's Gardens for Saints v irish and then will boil later so it will be an extended mash.

1.5 g/L Northern Brewer (9.6% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil) 35g
0.7 g/L East Kent Golding (4.7% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes (Boil) 15g
1.1 g/L Pioneer (9.5% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes (Boil) 25g
0.7 g/L East Kent Golding (4.7% Alpha) @ 5 Minutes (Boil) 15g
0.7 g/L East Kent Golding (4.7% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes (Boil) 15g


Single step Infusion at 66°C for 90 Minutes. Boil for 90 Minutes

Fermented at 17°C with Danstar Nottingham
