One of my default brews is a Ghost Ship clone I got off youtube. His was an extract recipe so I made up my own for AG based on his.

Grains: Pale malt 8.5 Lbs, Caramalt 4.5 oz, Crystal malt 4.5 oz, 500g granulated sugar
Hops: Chinook 25g 60 mins, Amarillo 40g 15 mins, Citra 45g 0 mins.

OG came out at 1043
US 05 yeast

In a taste test I did with a bottle of the real stuff and a bottle of this I couldn't tell them apart, so that's close enough for me.
Of course the amount of PM you'd need depends on your efficiency on the day. I used the sugar to get the OG up as mine was a bit poor this time. It didn't have a detrimental affect on the taste.

I have been looking for a Hoppy IPA, so will give the OP's recipe a go as my first AG brew...
