Ginger beer expolosive???

I keep reading about ginger beer exploding in there bottles. I have brewed lots of beer and lager in my time and never had a problem like this! Why is ginger beer so problematic?? :wha: :thumb:

My guess would be people banging in loads of sugar to up the abv and not giving it time to ferment out before bottling. Just a thought :thumb:

Yea I thought that. Why just his problem with ginger beer though? Do you think its people just having a go and getting it wrong? I mean the general brewing enthusiast shouldnt be making tho : :thumb: se mistakes.
