Have been brewing for 3 years now - Mostly stouts but with the occasional barley wine and strong IPA thrown in when the mood takes me
Have been brewing on a 20 litre cobbled together second hand system - Electric HLT made from old metal cask, Coolbox mash tun, Stainless pot on a gas burner and larder fridge with inkbird and greenhouse heater for temp control
Recently purchased 100 litre set up which is all run on gas with heat exchange and pump so looking forward to using that for the first time, Also have Maxi chiller temp controlled 100l Conical which is in the process of being set up - will also keep the fridge set up so can do smaller batches etc
Lots of change and here to get a touch of help with the FV set up :)
