Hi all
Working from home has enabled me to find the time to read through the famous Greg Hughes book and now I use AG; there's a few recipes I want to try. The first one will likely be the American Pale Ale. I have noticed the recipe does not call for any dry hopping. Really I know I should brew it as is first time but as I am already intending to swop out the Citra bittering addition for Centennial as I prefer Citra as a flavour / aroma hop, I was pondering a further change and adding a dry hop. I was thinking of about 25g each of Simcoe and Citra for 3 days. If anyone who has brewed it could advise if it needs / benefits from a dry hop; that'd be great.
Thanks all!
