Just joined today,

I'm Jazz from Welsh borderlands....

Just getting into brewing. Made a batch of stout as my first brew and enjoyed it. Currently brewing Yorkshire Bitter, which was bottled last night. The next brew will be a Mexican Style Lager....

Looking forward to some great discussions.... :)
