Hello everyone,
Found your forum while researching home brewing and mead making.
I've just bottled a kit of Woodforde's Sundew so hopefully in 2 - 3 week we should have some tasty beer. I've previously done 2 other Woodforde kits, Admiral's Reserve and Wherry, the reserve was ok but the wherry was very tasty if a bit over-carbonated.
I'm planning on moving on to more involved brewing methods, I'd love to get set up for all-grain but will start with brew in the bag and build a mash tun later in the year.
I'm also interested in mead making and will be starting some experiments later in the week.
