A big hello from the Wirral.
Been brewing on and off (mainly off!) for a few years. I am firmly in the category of 'would like to do more but kids / work / life / dog etc suck up all my time' :-)
Just progressing onto part grain kits (first on the go now - Black Rock Brewing APA) and thought it is was time to pick up a few good tips from this community.
