Hello all. My names Gareth and I'm the new guy! I'm a fairly novice kit brewer having about half a dozen under my belt now started by my wife getting me a st peters kit for Christmas last year. I've been pretty pleased with my attempts so far and am learning all the time (had a couple of disasters, an exploding moonshine bag and knocking a fermenter of admirals reserve over, don't ask!) I'm a fan of strong, dark malty beer (commercially Broadside, Hobgoblin, Dark Horse etc) so I lean towards those types in my brewing. Anyways, enough rambling. Cheers.
