Can anyone point me in the direction of a calculator for making wine/mead etc? i've been reading recipies but am struggling with working out the math?
 
Thankyou, that is usefull... say i have 4l of must, at 1.064, how do i figure out how much water/sugar i need to make it brew dry?
 
As 2 Stage says if you let the wine ferment to dry (.990) you will end up with the %ABV below.
