good day all, iv'e just botteld my ribena wine my sg was 1.082 and fg was .992 by my calculation its about 11.5 %
and it tastes great. and iv'e got 12ltrs to enjoy and my wife dosent even drink .

sorry my keyboard is broke ... my mum nicked a bottle of my vimto. i ave 4 litres, would i make a decent omebrew if i added some apple or orane juice/ or sould i buy anoter vimto/ i cant even use sift key ;-9

this was my ribena recipe i used, 1ltr ribena,1ltr white grape juice,1ltr red grape, 1ltr pomagranite juice,2kg sugar, a pinch of citric acid, 1 rounded teaspoon of yeast nutrient , and a sachet of wine yeast and topped upto 15ltrs. sg 1082
i just through together what i had in the house and it tastes great
