kitchen now in and working, 1st brew since early last year because of the build,
only did 1/2 batch and a basic brew

2000 gm maris otter
80 gm very dark crystal malt

21 gm east kent goldings at start of boil

kitchen christened!

nothing spectacular but nice to get my feet wet again, bring on 2015!:cheers:!
