Second time of doing this, a very nice beer Laurel IPA

Using Maris Otter with a bit of Pilsner malt to use it up

Brew length 23L; 75% efficiency

5915g pale malt (95%)
187g Carapils (3%)
125g pale crystal (2%)

34g Amarillo 10%AA FWH 34.1 IBU
31g Summit 17.5%AA 60mins 46.1 IBU
24g Centennial 10.4%AA 30mins 16.4 IBU
9g Columbus 16.5%AA 10mins 4.6 IBU
10g Simcoe 14.2%AA 10mins 4.4 IBU
15g Amarillo 10%AA flameout 25mins at 80C
35g Amarillo, 35g Centennial, 35g Summit dry hops; split into 2 batches each for 3 days at fermentation temperature

Boil 90mins; mash 90mins 66C

2 packets US-05 fermented at 20C

CaCO3 to 30ppm; Ca to 180ppm with CaSO4

OG1064; FG1010; ABV 7.04%; EBC 15.1; IBU (Tinseth) 105.6
