Lavender sugar?

Happy new year everyone!

I've been busy consuming the contents of those Christmas hampers you get but have a few things left over, one of which is lavender sugar. Sugar means beer, right?

Has anyone tried brewing with lavender sugar? I might grab a kit and throw something together to see what happens just wondering if anyone has tried it and which style to go for.

Lavender sugar does not have enough flavour to taste in a beer. Make a cup of earl Grey and add 1tps of the sugar

I'll try that right now! Maybe the beer isn't a great idea then, and it'll be best suited to a cake...
