Long conditioning recipes suggestions

Taking stock of my bottles in the shed i have quite a few empties...

My next planned brew is sessionable UK ipa, which I maybe can wait to brew as I have just bottled my hoppy Vienna pale.

So suggestions for something dark (preferably) that I can stash away until xmas/the new year.

Something Belgian. I did a Triple in April and a Dubble in May, and I'm looking forward to cracking them open in Winter. Nom nom nom.

+1 for something Belgian. For me quadrupel is the nectar of the gods. Get it brewed then stash it away somewhere and forget about it till next year.
