Hi everyone! So I was looking to build a house saison mixed culture and was curious what the best process would be to do it. I have a pitch of C2C already going. Would it be better on repitch to pitch lacto first, throw it all in together, or Brett/sacc first and pedio second? All advice appreciated :)
