OK I've just thrown this on. Due to the discworld beers thread I'm going to name all my beers in 2013 with a Pratchett theme. (Just bottled Dried Frog Pils)

Lord Vettinari (German Pilsner (Pils))

Final Gravity (FG): 1.014 (°P): 3.6
Alcohol (ABV): 5.31 %
Colour (SRM): 3.2 (EBC): 6.3
Bitterness (IBU): 25.8 (Average)

100% Pilsner

2.6 g/L Tettnanger (4% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)

Single step Infusion at 66°C for 90 Minutes. Boil for 90 Minutes

Fermented at 10°C with Saflager S-23
