My next lager project..

.. is going to be a Muntons Connessieurs Continental Lager, does anyone know if this comes with a true lager yeast?

I have a Danstar Nottingham beer yeast that is supposed to ferment down to 14c, any good?

It will ferment the wort cleanly but it won't be true lager, for that you want true lager yeast, pitch at 13 and ferment at 15.

Is that so eh? So my experiment with 2 pales, one pitched with nottingham, one with gold is pointless??
