Need some help deciding what to brew

These days, I associate hazy with 'juicy' and I can't effing stand juicy beers. I want beer to taste like beer, not something that gets a thumbs up from the man from Del Monte.

@phildo79 I hear you. I wouldn't mind so much if it wasn't for the fact that every brewery does them using the same combination of the hops du jour, in the same bland grain bill and same yeast.
