Just a quick post to say Hi.

Been lurking here for a few months whilst gradually amassing plumbing bits, picnic coolers, burco elements, etc.

Got AG#1 out of the way yesterday (what a day! more later) so thought it was time to crawl out of the woodwork and join up.

Many thanks for the warm welcome. I'll put a write up in the appropriate section when I get a chance. I had a few panics but I guess that's to be expected first time round. The main thing is I ended up with a FV full of wort which appears to be fermenting away. If it's drinkable I'll be happy. If it's better than a beer kit it'll be a bonus. :
