New to brewing mead and cider

I've made a few batches of kit (Cooper's) beer, I have a couple of gallons of mead bubbling happily away, and I also have four gallons of cider.

All things considered, I'm happy with the results.
I do have a request though.

I'm trying to find an editable cider and mead log sheets, (Not beer oriented). Something that I can edit on screen and then print (my handwriting is terrible and too large. something like a pdf form that I can change and input data on


Any ideas? Please let me know.
