Hello, I'm Steve and I started brewing kits earlier this year, My favourite is the Festival Razorback which I have been force carbonating in a corny but I bottled one about eight weeks ago for Christmas, I've had a few and it tastes great, I've just put 2ltr of AJ, 1kg sugar dissolved in water, yeast and nutrient in a DJ also added some raisins and orange peel so we'll see what that turns into :-), it's bubbling away nicely after 24 hrs anyway. Hope to pick up some tip off the guys who know what they're doing anyway :-)
