Bottled 9 days ago, we tried this today, a bit young tasting but balanced, not a huge head, but hops worked in that it (surprisingly) does taste like Pilsner (yes I'm surprised as it was my first attempt), beginners luck - maybe partially through being judicious with hops quantity, but also investigated that even though northern brewer is not a Nobel aroma hop it is very traditional for German pilsners. I boiled most of it in which probably give it it's traditional bitterness note. So all is well that ends well. Next time I will investigate aroma hops more, can always be better.
