I was well pleased with this brew. It was so moreish i drank the entire lot on week 3 of what was supposed to be 4 weeks of conditioning. It never cleared, was way too foamy-a pint would be 3/4 head. But boy did it taste great. I'm going to work on this over the next few brews to try and get it better. Less carapils will help. I might try swapping the pils for MO and i'll try it with a different yest once i've tried full MO.

I'd put this down as the 3rd best brew i've done.
