Have you noticed any difference in the end result with the shorter times Andy?

Not really, I tend to hop a little more for bittering but not significantly more. If anything the two 90 min boil beers are better than the 2 hour one I have at the moment.

I need to echo what has already been said about All Grain.

If you haven't tried it, it's much easier than it sounds and the results will most likely surpass your expectations.
