Hi guys!
Has anybody brewed or drank paler milds? I was thinking about mashing 3kg pale malt, 250g brown malt and 50g of chocolate malt to come up with an amber mild. Probably Windsor yeast and a combo of gentle bittering and late hops (I guess you'd need some more hop aroma to compensate the lack of darker malts?).
