I've no idea how this is going to turn out, but I've got quite a taste for passion fruit juice recently so I naturally thought of making it into a wine.
2 cartons of passion fruit juice
1 small bottle of wilko white wine enhancer
1/2 tsp tannin
2 tsp pectolase (the juice has added pectin so I've added more pectolase then normal)
1/2 tsp citric acid
500 g sugar
Filled to the shoulder of the dj, sg of 1.075.
