Hi Brewing brains. Am about to batch prime my Chinook Porter. The priming calculator on Malt Miller is asking for fermentation temp. I fermented at 18-20 deg C but have cold crashed to 4 deg C. Which is the relevant temp for the calculator. I have entered both temps and get a big difference. 50g vs 100g.
Thanks

Use 20°c.
You should enter the highest temperature reached after active fermentation has stopped, because at this point CO2 is no longer being produced and absorbed.
