Rex c700 PID Help

Anyone got one of these,being messing with it for two days now and can,t get it to output to an solid state relay.its reading and displaying the temperature ok and when the SV is close to the PV the output light comes on and it clicks but not out putting the 5V needed for my SSR.have being through the parameter and function settings but must be getting something wrong.any help would be appreciated

Have you tested the SSR in case it's faulty, and asking the obvious, do you have a live to switch on the other side of the SSR :hmm:

i have put a meter across the output terminals on the pid and only getting switching in mV's.the wiring diagram shows terminals (5,6,7 relay) (6,7 SCR) and (6,7 SSR) so is it just that i have to tell the PID which to output to.

I would have thought it should be 12v across 6&7, if it's in mv's I suspect something's wrong with the unit, however I'm not that familiar with that model so could well be wrong :hmm:
