I'm actually amassing a bit of a stash :D

Fermenting fridge with Coopers stout bottled and my Coopers Ginger Beer sitting at a steady 20.

Along with this I also have (in the loft)...

4 individual gallons of different juice wine variants maturing.
5 gallons of Kenridge Shiraz maturing.
10 bottles of Kenridge Cabernet/Shiraz on the wine rack.
6 bottles of Pinot Grigio juice wine on the rack.

Last but not least I've got a Coopers Mexican Cerveza kit to take the place of the Simple Lager once it's finished lagering (a couple of months).

Here comes the summer :D :drunk:
 
Thats quite a booze supply you have there Scott :D that's more spirit bottles than what we had in a restaurant I worked in!

As of today i have added the fv full of coopers stout.
coffee wine (2 weeks in to ferment)
blue berry TC, yesterday
WOW in secondary PET

The only drinkable brews at the front being my 2L of cranberry TC,
15L strawberry ribena wine planned for tomorrow evening :).

Its amazing how much you can stock up/make and have only tasted a couple of pints of one brew!

Nice assortment of fridges you've got there, and everything absolutely spotless :thumb:

My cellar is a bit of a disgrace but I got a new smartphone for my birthday and have been trying to suss out how everything works, such as the camera, so here's most of my stash as of this morning:

There are also around 25 DJs scattered around the house.
 
No wonder you don't struggle to leave things for years at a time :D

That has to be close to a lifetime supply surely? lol.
 
Well I hope to live longer than that, but if I never started any more we certainly wouldn't run dry for quite some time.

But yes, that's why I've got no problem leaving new wines alone.
 
Forest Fruit Melomel, started on New Years Day. Yum already :) but some are getting put away for a year...if I can hold out...

At first I thought I'd add my humble little collection of 2 demijohns with the two fruit wines I have on the go and the small collection of bottles I've amassed... HOWEVER! since looking through the thread I'm thinking its maybe just a little too humble :P

Some of you guys have the kinda supply I wish I had right now aha!

I've spent the bank holiday creating a 'bespoke' wine rack for my cellar (aka cupboard under the stairs) :D



Maybe not the classiest but it is very space efficient....



I also got a cheapo cabinet from the broken/brought back section of Ikea for larger bottles and clearing.




Not as big as some of your collections but in my defence I do also have a couple of 5L TCs and 30 odd bottles of wine stored elsewhere in the house and then of course there's my current brews....



I've only been brewing since January but as you can see I've taken to it with gusto!

My latest acquisition.

Saw this in our local auction sale room and thought I had just the new home it needed. Holds 52 bottles. Eight quid well spent. Now screwed to the wall and ready to load. Most of those big ones are ready for bottling.

Meanwhile, I am trying to sort out my main rack, move recent stuff down and drink anything which is going past its best, then those DJs can also get bottled.

I would but mine isn't as aesthetically pleasing.. cardboard boxes with bottles stacked in my garage.. next to bbq and all sorts, gas bottle ect

Plus card board boxes full of empties
 
I use these 250 litre former shipping barrels to store my cider before racking off, using an oversize siphon tube (made from made from a length of rigid plastic water pipe attached to a clear flexible hose pipe with a tap on the end) into 32 litre cubitainers with taps (effectively large 'bag in boxes', which can be bought from most French vineyards that sell wine en vrac) from which I then serve it draught. That way I'm don't have to buy large numbers of cubitainers or store these full. When the contents of all of the cubitainers have been drunk, I then refill them from the next barrel. I'm hoping to modify the siphon tube, using a small electric pump, as its bore and length make it very difficult to suck the cider through in order to start the siphon working.
