I've spent too long deliberating over which my next fermenter should be and I need some help...
I use a Youngs 25litre wide neck fermenter and have been happy enough with it doing kits, but recently I've stepped up to full grain with a Braumeister 20L. I'd like to go stainless steel with the fermenter and have been eyeing up both the Brewmaster bucket and the chronical from SS (looked at standard and Brewmaster edition). Obviously I want the Brewmaster Chronical because of all the features but I don't think I'll get the chance to use them any time soon - I have no current ambition on harvesting yeast and I don't have the space for chilling systems (don't even have space for a fermenting fridge). Also looking at it, it seems a lot more hassle to clean than the bucket (particularly with unused temp control coil)...
Have I talked myself into the bucket?
I'd appreciate your thoughts, particularly if you use either or better yet, both.
