Straining the hops out - important at any stage or don't bother?

Just that really guys - this is brewday one for me, and I am right now chilling the wort down. Would any of you bother straining at this point or is it better to wait to after fermentation when siphoning into conditioning bottles? Cheers!

If your chilling 'normally' ie chilling to pitching temp straight after the boil and not no-chilling. Theres no need to strain out the hops
