Doing this tomorrow, having been originally inspired by Mad Goose I then got inspired by St Peters Organic Ale, so hope to produce something like that with a little more body

Brew length 23L
OG 1046, FG 1011, ABV 4.6%, IBU 40, Nottingham yeast, 90min mash at 66C, 90min boil

Maris Otter 92%
Caragold 8%
30g NZ Hallertau 8.2%AA 90min
15g NZ Hallertau 8.2%AA 15min
15g NZ Hallertau 8.2%AA 10min
15g NZ Hallertau 8.2%AA 5min
25g NZ Hallertau 8.2%AA 20min steep at 80C

All went well, apart from forgeting to add the Irish Moss  I suppose I'll just end up with more trub, although I usually don't have a problem with beers clearing. I like these hops, nice aroma and good and sticky :thumb:

Ended up with 22.5L at 1051 and may liquor back with 1L :hmm:
