Does anyone have any experience in using this marshmallow flavouring?
My plan is to add some before bottling up an oatmeal milk stout (30 litres).
Any suggestions with how much to add? I don’t want over the top sweetness/sickliness. It’s got good reviews and I noticed that the malt miller sell this flavouring as an option to their pastry stout kit “you sexy thing” but they don’t give any suggestions for how much to add.
My issue is I brew in a fermentasaurus and do a pressure transfer into bottles once fg is reached. Tasting the beer and adding the marshmallow oil but by bit “to taste” isn’t really an option for me with my process.

I was going to suggest the LorAnn flavourings on your other thread.

When I used before 1 dram per 19l was the advised rate, but best to start with less and build up to taste. Dosage really will depend on intensities of both flavouring used and base beer.

Sorry should have been more clear, I haven't used this flavour but a different flavour before. You will want to test yourself as I used peach in a light beer so won't compare to marshmallow in a stout.
