Translated is field fire (ash color)

Well did my first stout last month and I'm looking forward to it in 3 weeks from now

4.5 kilos SAB pale malt
1kg SAB black malt
70g Aroma malt

Safbrew WB06 yeast

50g Mosaic hops

1 slab lint dark chili chocolate

200ml hazelnut syrup

Steep 68c for 65min

Added chocolate in teabag to boil

Mosaic10g start 10g 30 and 50 min dry hop with 30g in teabag.

Cooled and added 100ml hazelnut syrup to fermenters on day one and 100 on day 3.

Well I force carbonated my keg yesterday and could not help myself pouring a pint
It was interesting not as bitter as I thought sweet and he's hoppy the nut flavor is there no chocolate though
