Hi guys started this wine off on the 16th april with some leftover plums followed the recipe off here and took my first reading this was 1090 i have just taken a reading of 1020 before putting it into new demijohns what is the alcohol reading likely to be and do i just leave it for a few more months before racking it off again,any advice would be great ta.
