I just got a new corny keg setup  What PSI do you normally use for your beers? I'm used to using measurements in CO2 Vol (from Promash) for bottling my beer but need to get used to dealing in PSI measurements now. I've read that between 8 and 12 PSI is normal but what do you lot reckon is normal pub pressures for IPAs and bitter?

I'll be using a handpull pump once I find out the best way to set it up with one. Anyone here already do this?

Cheers,
Ryan

Once carbonated, I serve my ale at 3-4 psi.

If you want to serve by hand-pump from a corny, you will need a cask breather and (I think) a non return valve.
Do a search, there have been a few threads about it.
