Which Wheat Beer Kit

Looking at my notes...mine asked for 216g of dextrose but I used 205g as I thought it was a lot! I did however use 158g in my cerveza and it's plenty fizzy enough so my wheat should be fine.

well in for a pound and all that. bottled last night with 250 grams of sugar, see how she turns out. Wife did say they are normally pretty fizzy.

To be honest, I have no idea, not something that I would normally have drank.. but I can see that changing. I have enjoyed this brew.

Just used 1kg brew enhancer, nothing special. But do fancy doing it again and dry hopping with mandarin Bavaria.
