Winebuddy 6 bot' kit Chardonnay

Started a winebuddy 6 bottle kit of Chardonnay, as instructions except additional 100g of sugar for increased abv.

We like the WB sav blanc kits, we have done this kit before and it was good but not as good as the SB in our view.

Added flavouring today day 9. Will leave until Monday or Tuesday to test. Never follow instructions :-?

Started another DJ of this, again with 1kg of sugar instead of 900g.

DJ1 at 0.990 added a little stabilser to prevent oxidation and added finings. Will rack and taste in a few days. Got one more on the go and get these easy kits out of the way and start a mango & sultana, maybe an elderflower or two.

Edit: Racked dj1 today Friday 11th, will leave a few days before bottling. Bottled 14.11.16

Added flavouring 14.11.16 dj2. These kits are so boring.

Racked last dj today, might bottle later or tommorow. Was dissapointed in the first dj and the wine overall, will not get this again.
