They are plumbing connections, and the brass one's screw on for the hozelock connecters
Wort chiller hose fittings, what am I missing?

That's a shame the immersion chiller I had was 15 mm so was a great fit.

So this is about the other end, rather than fitting to the chiller coil, so hope I can reuse this post for this reason.
I got a flomaster compression reducer which fits fine into my electric shower unit. Unfortunately this is not a very good solution, for reasons. Our landlady has very recently had our kitchen replaced and the new tap has a fitting to unscrew so I can screw a separate fitting in. Great. My only problem is that they're not the same! My reducer is a little too small and the thread is to wide. Please see photo attached.
What do I need in the way of an intermediary fitting? Thank you!
