Would anyone know if freezing half of the tin a option as well?

Is it possible i could brew half the kit and keep the other half of the tin in a sealed container to brew at a later date? I know im going to get bombarded with why would i want to do that and the simple answer is i have a machine i want to try and use and it wont hold 23 litres.

Basically takes any 5l mini keg, also takes c02 cartridges for non pressurised kegs (mainly homebrews) as the commercial ones you buy are normally already pressurised. Once you drink the keg you can refill them with your homebrew.

The machine uses them little c02 cartridges. Should i add a little more sugar when moving from PG to mini kegs to help re carb?
